"The Essence of Ethical Leadership"

Course Description:  We all want to be ethical leaders and to have ethical leaders on our team. So why all of the lapses? Has everyone suddenly become immoral? The answer is no, but in this complicated world of conflicting priorities and cultures the stresses and “gray areas” have become more problematic than ever. What is a value? What makes a value moral? How do great core values sometimes become immoral? What are the differences between relative values and universal values? What exactly is an ethic, anyway? Jack Hoban can help you clarify, activate, and sustain the core values of your organization or business using a “human nature guided” approach.
