  • Attaining the "Ideal Perspective."
  • Essential Ethics for leaders - Eastern and Western perspectives.
  • Lessons from the Ethical Warrior.
  • The keys to Cross Cultural Conflict Resolution.
  • Introduction to Physical Protective Skills (non-contact - prior martial arts experience not necessary).

Course Description.

It is hard to find a more unique and interesting pairing of thought leaders in the area of ethics, leadership and martial arts.  In an age where the trust covenant has been broken by so many leaders, this is an opportunity to go back to square one.  Participate in a working seminar on the essence of ethical leadership with men who represent two of the most trusted perspectives in the world today:

  • The peace principles of His Holiness, the Dalai Lama.
  • The United States Marine Corps "Ethical Warrior."

This all-day seminar is for leaders in any field.  You will be exposed to Marine Corps leadership principles and traits, Tibetan mind science for clarity of mind and purposeful action, and many other principles that get to the essence of ethical action.

Participants will:

  • Learn leadership traits and principles.
  • Develop a better understanding of moral values and ethics, and the art of keeping the “moral compass” calibrated under stress.
  • Gain the ability to deal capably with cultural differences and gain insight into what to do when cultural differences cannot be reconciled.
  • Acquire (or enhance) realistic physical protection skills for use in the field.

Sign up now to participate in this exciting day of growth and enjoyment.
